Asfandyar Wali says Zardari exposed Imran’s reality | Pakistan
HARSHADDA: Asfandyar Wali Khan, leader of the National Adaman Party (ANC), said on Friday that Pakistani People's Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari unveiled Pakistani Tehreek (19459010 )
Turning to party workers in Charsadda, the ANP leader said his head was to blame for what happened in the Senate elections, as all the "stable" was bought.
Asfandyar said that the leader of the PTI speaks one morning and the other in the evening.
"Imran says that Nawaz and Zardari are two sides of the same coin," he said. "Imran must disclose who the legislators of his party voted for in the Senate."
The Pakistan Muslim League-Navas (PML-N), PTI and Mutmahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) expressed reservations about certain political parties hindering seats in the Senate, without significant representation in provincial assemblies
Prime Minister Shahid Hagan Abbasi claimed that the votes were "sold" in the election of the chairman of the Senate. He also challenged the chief of the PTI and the co-chairman of the Pakistan People's Party, Asif Ali Zardari, to officially declare that their MPAs had not been purchased.
"I urge Imran and Zardari to appear on television and say that MPAs and voices have not been bought," he said. "Imran forgot how he complained that Asif Zardari bought fourteen PTI MNAs. And when it came time to choose the Senate Chairman, he voted for candidate Zardari, "Abbasi said.
The Prime Minister said that he was proud that his party did not conduct a single rupee during the Senate elections.
