College of Medical Laboratory Technology Islamabad provides all types of services to all of its students. CMLT is one of the integral components of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of Islamabad and is widely recognized at the national and international levels.
The College of Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT) is the country’s prestigious institution providing quality training in the field of medical laboratory technology (MLT) technology in 1961. This was established by the Government of Pakistan to meet the ever-growing demand for competent, well-trained medical laboratory equipment.
In 1961, CMLT was established as the School of Medical Technology (SMT) in Karachi, and it was the first school in the field of medical technology in Pakistan.

SSC (high school certificate) Matrix candidates with subjects:
With a minimum of 60 percent of the recognized institution by the Intermediate and Secondary Education Council (Interpol Council Committee). The qualification for admission to the thesis course of B.Sc (Hons), Medical Laboratory Technology) is the Certificate of Higher Secondary Education (HSSC) or F.Sc in the pre-medical group or the equivalent foreign qualification approved by the Inter-Committee Committee of the Chairman (IBCC) of Islamabad.
The criteria will be announced by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) PIMS Islamabad at the reception. As a training manual on CMLT is English, foreign applicants must submit a qualification certificate from the Embassy of Pakistan in their countries or through the British Council or any other recognized agency. Have the right to apply for diplomas and diplomas, MLT.
