KARACHI: The fire department chief published on Wednesday a report on the fire incident that damaged the new Sindh Secretariat building on February 24, declaring it enigmatic.

He further said that when the fire brigade staff reached the building, the rear entrance door opened and a huge number of papers and records in the office were on fire.
The report mentioned that the fire suddenly spread to the sixth floor, and fire enveloped bundles of papers near the rear entrance.
