Note: Studying students master about 70% of the material mastered independently. Students do not attend the university every day, but come to the session 1-2 times in six months. There are installation and examination sessions. Their duration is 2-3 weeks. Summer session lasts longer than winter. At the installation sessions, teachers conduct face-to-face classes in core subjects, practical work, answer questions from students, and provide materials for self-study at home. During the examination sessions, students take exams and pass exams, defend course and diploma papers. Before each session, students receive a challenge – a document that serves as a basis for exemption from work for the period of study. Management is required to provide paid leave to its employee receiving the first higher education, which is 40-50 days a year. In preparation for the final exams and the protection of the diploma, study leave can be up to 4 months. Once in the academic year, the employer must pay the way to the place of study and back. With the development of the Internet, in distance education, distance technologies are increasingly being used. And in some universities, online training is gradually replacing correspondence courses.
