  1. i) Shoots grow vertically and help the plant to compete for light and carbon dioxide.

iii) Seed dispersal may be more effective on long and vertical stem.

 

  1. iv) Positive geotropic movement causes roots to grow downward into earth.

 

  1. v) It causes them to obtain water and minerals.

 

Note: Studying in full-time in the University, the student acquires a stable and strong knowledge and practically at the end of each course, the “full-time” is an industrial practice, that is, there is an opportunity to go to an internship in a good company, to prove well and return to work there after graduation of the entire training period.  If there is no such possibility, it is possible to take advantage of an internship practiced by many companies: that is, after defending a diploma, a student can go for 2-3 months to work for free. There will also be an opportunity to realize the knowledge gained at the university and stay in a good position. The most optimal option for those wishing to obtain higher education will be the evening department of the university, if in the daytime to work. So you can get a fairly good education, and the opportunity to work on a weekday specialty. Thus, after graduation you will have both education and experience.  However, not everyone can “pull” such a load. Work from 8 to 17, at six in the evening to come to classes and go from there to 22-30 at best. This regime is very difficult to sustain for a long time, such a schedule in many causes stress, fatigue, health problems. What choice to make and on what form of education to stop is the desire of every person. Above all, weigh your abilities and abilities.
