Qandeel Baloch murder case: Mufti Qavi, remaining accused to be indicted on March 21 | Pakistan
MULTRAN: The district and sessional court, in which the case of the murder of Kaldal Baloch was considered, ruled on Wednesday that the remaining suspect would be charged on March 21.
the hearing, the main accused in the murder of celebrities in social networks, the brother of Baloch Vazim and the relative Hak Nawaz, were brought to trial along with other accused: mufti Abdul Kavi, Aslam Shahid and Abdul Basit.
Vasim and Nawaz were charged in the case in December 2016.
The judge indicated that the remaining defendants will be provided with copies of the charges so that they can be charged on March 21.
Besides, the judge today shared the case with another brother of Baloch, Arif, announcing absinthe for him that he was not shown in court.
Qandeel's parents consider Mufti Kavi responsible for the murder of his daughter.
He was arrested on charges in October last year after the court rejected his bail. However, his pledge was restored about a month after he stayed at the police station, where he also passed a polygraph test.
According to the police, Kavi, while in custody, said that the owner and driver of the vehicle, who suspected the killing of Candelilla – Wazim and Nawaz – from DG Khan to Multan, and then returned them – his cousin: Abdul Basit.
Moreover, Kavi, according to a senior police official, told the police during the investigation that the house in Multaaffarabad, in which Qandeel lived, belonged to his close companion – Mohammad Nawaz.
