Security forces arrest six terrorists from different areas of Balochistan: ISPR | Pakistan
QUETTA: Security forces arrested six terrorists on Friday attacking a group of poliomyelitis workers and police officers from various areas of Balochistan, said that the intersectoral public relations (ISPI) .
Intelligence operations (IBOs) conducted in the Chaman, Saryb and Pishin areas in Balochistan as part of the national operation "Radd ul-Fasaad" led to the arrest of terrorists who attacked polio groups in the Yaru-Bazaar and police forces in Dera Murad Jamali.
According to the military media, a cache of weapons and ammunition, including explosives, detonators, rockets, mines and improvised explosive device (IED) was extracted.
Earlier this month, a soldier from the Balochistan Frontier Corps was martyred and two terrorists were killed during an IBO in Balochistan.
According to ISPR, the security forces conducted an IBO in the Dasht, Turbat and Dera Bugti areas within Operation Rudd ul-Fasaad and in support of the Khushal Baluchistan program .
Two terrorists were killed during the operation, and a large stock of weapons and ammunition was restored.
